Auction Pick-Up Best Practices
Congratulations - You had the winning bid! Now what?
Winning bidders need to pick-up their items during the times and at the location listed on the auction page. With Loon Estates, pick-up days are almost always the day (or two) after the auction closes. We do not offer in-house shipping.
Bring packing materials for your items - boxes, bubble wrap, paper, etc. Bring whatever you need to get your items from our space to your vehicle and safely home. We are unable to provide packing materials for buyers - what you see in the photos is what you receive.
Bring help to move your items, if necessary. Our limited staff is very busy during pick-ups and will be unavailable to help load and pack your items.
Allow ample time for pick-ups. Pick-ups take time, especially during busy periods. We work as quickly and efficiently as possible to get you and your items on your way, but you may need to wait while we help other customers who arrived before you.
If you win large or heavy items like furniture, oversized artwork or sculptures, or are picking up 10+ lots, it’s super helpful for us have an estimate of when you are coming to pick up. Shoot us a quick email at info@loonestates.com with your name or bidder number and a general timeframe of when you might arrive, or give us a call at 651-364-3399.

Auction removals are at this location unless stated otherwise on the auction information page.
Parking is available in the Blue Lot (paved), along one side of Prior Ave, and in the gravel parking lots across the road. There are several ways into the building, but the best door to enter through is the blue door located just to the right of the large white garage door that says “Minnesota Ice.” The blue door has large signs on it for Revere Auctions, Saunders Therapy, and Collide Theatrical Dance Company. We are located down the hall from Revere Auctions. If in doubt, follow the K-Bid signs!
