In-Person Pick Up: Best Practices
Congratulations - You had the winning bid! Now what?
Local In-Person Pick Up is on the Thursday & Friday following the auction date. You must contact us to make other in-person arrangements.
Please come prepared to collect your items:
Bring packing materials for your items - boxes, bubble wrap, paper, etc. Bring whatever you need to get your items from our space to your vehicle and safely home. We are unable to provide packing materials for buyers - what you see in the photos is what you receive.
Bring help to move your items, if necessary. Our limited staff is very busy during pick-ups and will be unavailable to help load and pack your items.
Allow ample time for pick-ups. Pick-ups take time, especially during busy periods. We work as quickly and efficiently as possible to get you and your items on your way, but you may need to wait while we help other customers who arrived before you.
If you win large or heavy items like furniture, oversized artwork or sculptures, or are picking up 10+ lots, it’s super helpful for us have an estimate of when you are coming to pick up. in Suite 235-A on the first floor
PLEASE NOTE: If, for any reason, your order is still in our possession 60 days after the auction, it will be considered abandoned, unless otherwise communicated. Best practice is to talk to us if you are having issues collectiong your items! We’re happy to make accommodation for you.
Auction removals are at this location unless stated otherwise on the auction information page.
Parking is available in the Blue Lot (paved), on the street along one side of Prior Ave, and in the gravel parking lots across the road. (see image)
There are several ways into the building, but the best door to enter through is the blue door located just to the right of the large white garage door that says “Minnesota Ice” in this lot, or the main lobby with the glass entrance in the Yellow Lot.
We are located down the hall from our parent company, Revere Auctions.
Do NOT park in any of the reserved parking spots, especially those for Saunders Therapy, as they will promptly call for a tow truck.
