Shipping Information
Loon Estates is now offering in-house shipping on select orders, making it easier than ever to receive your treasured auction purchases! Our team takes pride in ensuring that your items are carefully packed and delivered with the utmost care.
If your order qualifies for in-house shipping, you will receive an email from Shipping Saint within two business days after the auction informing you of eligibility. If you would like to request an order be shipped in-house, please contact us and we will see if we can accommodate.
In-house packing and shipping follow these general guidelines:
Unframed artwork, framed artwork, jewelry, coins, and decorative objects under 20” in any dimension.
Prints and works on paper will be rolled for shipping whenever possible, and safe for the artwork.
If your order does not qualify for in-house shipping, you are welcome to use a third-party vendor of your choice, select a shipper from one of our lists, or collect your purchases yourself. Prior to the auction, you may wish to source shipping quotes for items you are interested in bidding on to understand the cost of delivery to your location.
If working with a third-party shipper, please complete the shipping release authorization. Please note that all items must be paid for before they can be released and all property must be picked up within 10 days of the auction.
