Shipping Information

Loon Estates ioffers in-house shipping on select orders, making it easier than ever to receive your treasured auction purchases! Our team takes pride in ensuring that your items are carefully packed and delivered with the utmost care.

If your order qualifies for in-house shipping, you will receive an email from Shipping Saint within two business days after the auction informing you of eligibility. If you would like to request an order be shipped in-house, please contact us and we will see if we can accommodate.

In-house packing and shipping follow these general guidelines:  

  • Unframed artwork, framed artwork, jewelry, coins, and decorative objects under 20” in any dimension.

  • Prints and works on paper will be rolled for shipping whenever possible, and safe for the artwork.

If your order does not qualify for in-house shipping, you are welcome to use a third-party vendor of your choice, select a shipper from one of our lists, or collect your purchases yourself. Prior to the auction, you may wish to source shipping quotes for items you are interested in bidding on to understand the cost of delivery to your location.

We will make you aware of your order’s shipping qualifications within 48 hours after the auction has ended. All in-house shipping is done through Shipping Saint. In-house shipping can take up to 3-4 weeks from invoice payment. All shipping invoices must be paid within 14 days or your order will be considered abandoned and become the property of Loon Estates.

PLEASE NOTE: All property must be picked up within 14 days of the auction. If, for any reason, your order is still in our possession 60 days after the auction, it will be considered abandoned, unless otherwise communicated. Best practice is to talk to us if you are having issues collectiong your items! We’re happy to make accommodations for you.
